<Our signature dish since our founding in 1947> Stewed Dish & Boiled Tofu One of our signature dishes, "stewed dish," has been served with the same taste since our founding in 1947.We make this dish using only simple ingredients: white offal and konjac.The slightly sweet miso flavor pairs perfectly with alcohol. We also recommend the "Yudofu" (boiled tofu), which has been on the menu since the restaurant's founding.The tempura batter sprinkled on top of the tofu adds a nice touch!
